Rachel Kollar, MA, CRC
Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
Rachel is a Southern California native who has called St. Petersburg, FL home for the past decade. She holds a 2024 Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida, as well as an MFA in Screenwriting from California State University Northridge. A Nationally Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, professional dance instructor, and novelist, Rachel brings a unique blend of clinical insight and creative expression to her work.
Over the past three years, she has supported adolescents and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through individual therapy, group drama therapy, and Work Readiness Training. Now in private practice as a registered mental health counseling intern, Rachel helps clients reconnect with their core values, build meaningful coping strategies, and move forward with confidence—even through setbacks.
Rachel welcomes individuals of all ages, with a focus on adolescents and adults. She offers an affirming, inclusive space for clients from all walks of life, including those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, disabled, in 12-step recovery, or part of kink/BDSM and sex worker communities.
