Using narrative therapy as a benchmark, we will explore YOUR story to empower who you are now and who want to become. Through creative therapeutic approaches, we will define what matters to you and support you on path toward your sense of purpose.

Anxiety and depression can cause day-to-day struggles which impact your ability to live a fulfilling and joyful life. When targeting these issues, we will use a blend of gentle exposure work, Gestalt approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in the present moment, build tools to face what feels overwhelming, and safely reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel shut down or stuck. This approach can help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more connected to who you are. What makes the cycle of addiction so insidious is that it attacks your self-esteem, tricking you into thinking that you are no deserving of getting better and that you are not capable of giving up behaviors that harm you and others. This is simply not true. If you are struggling with addiction, we will build a coping plan with actionable steps to build accountability, courage, and resilience.
